How does the Video Kiosk work?
The Video Kiosk is simple and easy to use. There is no need for your guests to feel intimidated. They simply walk up to the Kiosk, touch the screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
How many times can I record?
There is no limit to the number of recordings. Your guests can record as many messages as they like and as often as they wish.
Where can I watch the video?

Each booking includes a professionally edited DVD.
Friends and family can share in the viewing.

Available as an option, Guest Moments will host a private video webpage. With this service, personalized ‘Thank You’ emails will be delivered to all guests who participated in creating a video message. Included within the email will be a direct link for them to watch your video online.
What is the size of the Video Kiosk?
The Video Kiosk is 60” (H) x 20” (W) x 22” (D)
How long can I have the Video Kiosk at my event?
The Video Kiosk will be delivered to the event location and set up before your guests arrive. Our cut-off time is 12:00am. We understand all events do not start at the same time and can pre-arrange delivery based on your start time.
What if event goes longer than the 12:00am cut-off?
Extended rental times are available for events that run past midnight. We ask that you pre-arrange this service at the time of booking.
How can I ensure my guest will record video messages?
We recommend you let your guests know at the earliest opportunity where the Video Kiosk is located and that it is available to them at no cost. We also provide table reminder cards used to encourage your guest to record a video message. Lastly we recommend that the MC or DJ makes regular announcements throughout the event.
Can the Video Kiosk be personalized for my event?
Yes, as an option, we can personalize and place an on-screen photo slideshow of up to 20 photos supplied by you.
Can the Video Kiosk be used at an outdoor event?
Yes, but the Video Kiosk must be sheltered from the elements in case the weather does not co-operate. The Video Kiosk must be raised off the ground on a riser or stage.
What is needed to reserve a Video kiosk?
We require a deposit of
25% of the total booking fees at the time of booking.
All bookings must be made 90 days in advance to ensure
equipment availability. Full payment is due 30 days in advance of the event date. All applicable taxes are extra.
